REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
OVERVIEW
Hasakki's refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video or photos as supporting evidence for any return or refund request.
NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE CASES
We do not accept refunds or returns under the following circumstances:
- The product shows clear signs of use.
- The product is not in its original condition.
- The product is missing original tags, labels, or packaging.
- The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
- Missing accessories or parts not caused by Hasakki.
- Return or refund requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, our team will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within the timeframe required by your bank or payment provider.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund yet, please:

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

EXCHANGES
Hasakki only replaces items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping issues.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
